Shaolin Qigong at Telok Blangah Practice Sessions and Map
We are a group of people who get together twice a week to practice Shaolin Qigong Nei Jing Yi Zhi Chan.
Nei Jing Yi Zhi Chan is an advanced Qigong method which clears the body’s meridians and increases internal energy. It is a safe and effective method for health improvement especially for those with internal illness.
Our normal practice sessions are on every Wednesdays and Fridays, 8:15pm to 9:45pm. (No practice sessions on public holidays.
Our training venue is at Block 78a, corner of Telok Blangah St.32 and Telok Blangah Drive, 8th floor of the multistory car park. Use the lifts next to the coffee shop to go up.
